“En rullande dyrgrip” was produced on January 31, 1986 and was originally titled, “The Distant Diamond Mine.” The story was first published in 2 parts within the Swedish series, Kalle Anka & C:o. in November of 1986. Part 2 of the story is 5 pages long and it was first published in Kalle Anka & C:o 46 on November 10, 1986. Parts 1 & 2 of, “The Distant Diamond Mine” were collected and first published in the US in October of 1990 within, Uncle Scrooge 247. The two stories were retitled, “The Diamond Mines of Vladistinki” in the 13-page US printing.
